- Serving as lead international counsel to a multilateral in its role as the financial consultant to the Philippine government's privatization of state power assets in the outlying islands, providing counsel on, inter alia, structuring, preparing and negotiating PPAs and related documentation
- Advising on a joint venture (drafting of joint venture and ancillary documentation) between a leading Kuwaiti logistics company and Saudi conglomerate in relation to a bid to operate the cargo operations of Saudi Arabian Airlines upon its privatization
