- Serving as counsel to ECAs on aviation financing deals in the MENA Region
- Serving as counsel to a large corporate on an aviation acquisition deal in the UAE
- Serving as Common Lenders' lead Saudi law counsel to, inter alia, JBIC, conventional and Islamic lenders for Petro-Rabigh in connection with a US$ 8.5 billion refinery and petrochemical project at Rabigh (awarded Project Finance Deal of the Year 2006 by Euromoney magazine/IFLR)
- Serving as lead international counsel to a multilateral in connection with the restructuring, documenting and negotiating of the consortium's convertible bond investments in the US$ 3 billion reorganization of a South Korean leasing company
- Serving as project counsel to a multilateral in connection with the structuring, documenting and negotiating of an innovative equity investment in China Life Reinsurance Company, a spin-off of China Reinsurance (Group) Company, a Chinese wholly state-owned entity, as part of a broader privatization effort
- Serving as lead international counsel to a multilateral in structuring, documenting and negotiating a US$ 50 million convertible loan investment in a major Philippine bank
- Serving as lead counsel to a multilateral in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of an investment in a US$ 240 million cross-border cement production facility in South Asia
- Serving as lead counsel to multilaterals in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of an investment in a major Korean tire manufacturer in its production facility
- Serving as lead counsel to a multilateral in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of an investment in a high technology company in Hong Kong
- Serving as international counsel to a multilateral in the preparation of financing documents for a US$ 72 million hydroelectric facility in Nepal
- Serving as project counsel to a multilateral in connection with structuring an investment in a US$ 110 million wireless local loop network in Sri Lanka

- Serving as lead counsel to a multilateral in several restructurings and work-outs in its portfolio of investments in East Asia, including in structuring and reviewing the documentation in connection with the restructuring of a Korean project company facilitated through, inter alia, asset-backed securitizations
- Advising a multilateral as lead international counsel to a consortium of multilateral and Japanese lenders in connection with the restructuring, documenting and negotiating of the consortium's convertible bond investments in the US$ 3 billion reorganization of a South Korean leasing company
- Advising a multilateral in the structuring, documenting and negotiating of the restructuring of the obligations of an Indonesian cement production facility
- Serving as lead international counsel to a multilateral lender in structuring, documenting and negotiating the settlement of the obligations of a Vietnamese deep-water port project company to that multilateral lender
